About the position
There is a demand to support the Oracle business community with Organisation as a backfill resource. Support the unit in fulling it's mandate of providing support for Oracle financial suite of modules throughout Organisation. Education and experience:
To take responsibility for driving ERP business analysis initiatives from initiation to implementation on projects of low/medium risk with a cycle of up to 18 months
To facilitate workshops independently and consult with business owners and stakeholders in respect of problem definition and the identification of business requirements/needs
To review business processes and procedures, analyse business needs and associated data, identify and assess possible solutions, and define the associated requirements
To elaborate the scope and feasibility of solutions, and develop the supporting business case
To manage change requirements and supporting specifications, provide the functional specification and manage acceptance testing
To investigate problem and propose solutions by interacting with users, developers, and other stakeholders
To configure complex business processes and tasks (where appropriate) within a system for improvement
To identify and register risks within their ERP functional streams
To develop system training manuals, training plans and present training courses in support of new implementation
To stay abreast of changes to analytical tools and methodologies, and advice the Business Analyst Competency Centre to adhere to new practices

About The Employer:
Define own work plan and deliverables with guidance from the manager, prioritising outputs against the work plan.
- Prepare and deliver work that reflects the range of methods and practices in integration, including RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and event-driven architectures.
Develop and implement integration processes and interfaces, including third-party and perimeter/boundary integrations, focusing on secure API gateways, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and JWT token management, aligned with PMO standards.
Analyse and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications and designs, incorporating encryption protocols (e.g., AES-256), digital certificates (e.g., [URL Removed] for TLS/SSL), and cryptographic key management.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of integration systems, message flows, and patterns through analysis, coding, documentation, and problem resolution, with emphasis on vulnerability scanning and secure coding practices.
Interact with vendors on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of integration-related platforms, troubleshooting issues in hybrid cloud environments.
Comply with policies and procedures, and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives, including failover mechanisms for high-availability integrations and immutable logging where applicable.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining relationships by providing timely and accurate information on integration health and security posture.
Contribute to Organisation's integration strategy, including adoption of API-first design principles, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and emerging trends like API monetization or Web3 integrations.

- Knowledge and skills in industry awareness, quality assurance, continuous improvement, professional development, business continuity planning, integration design and support, IT governance and compliance, collaboration, integration testing (e.g., OWASP ZAP), business relationship management, IT enablement reporting, and capacity/performance management (e.g., monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana)
