Are you a proactive, detail-driven professional with a passion for client success and wholesale growth? We’re looking for a B2B Sales Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, managing buyer relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end order processing for pre-owned devices.
What You’ll Do
- Source and manage stock across group locations to meet client demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers, supporting their growth.
- Provide buyers with tailored sales and marketing material to boost sell-through.
- Manage end-to-end order processing for small-batch wholesale transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer support, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ proven experience in sales support, ideally in cellular retail or refurbished electronics.
- Demonstrated success in a B2B environment.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Target-driven, growth mindset, and a hands-on “can do” attitude.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-focused.
- Industry knowledge of cellular or pre-owned electronics is a big plus.
