About the position

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for education and the ability to engage at a senior level across the public and private sector? We’re looking for a talented B2B Sales Executive to play a key role in expanding student enrolment across a wide range of fully online university programs.

This exciting new role offers the opportunity to work on the frontlines of educational innovation—engaging corporates, government departments, SETAs, and attending recruitment events to connect working professionals with life-changing learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact B2B Sales Strategy and Plan.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to meet business and partner goals.
  • Identify and develop new lead generation initiatives to drive student enrolment growth.
  • Represent online university programs through engaging presentations and information sessions.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with HR and training decision-makers across sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and partner account managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner university programs and online education trends.
  • Manage reporting and sales administration accurately and efficiently.



What You Bring:
  • A proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within higher education or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—both in person and virtually.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful, with a professional and energetic approach.
  • A natural relationship builder and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • At least 5 years’ sales experience with a strong record of new account development.
  • Ability to travel as needed and attend face-to-face meetings.
  • Own vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and cellphone required.
