Azure AD Technical Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Azure AD Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing, implementing, and supporting Azure AD services within a complex, enterprise-level environment. You will work closely with our IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless user management, security compliance, and identity governance across cloud and hybrid environments. Your expertise in Azure AD technologies will be critical in enhancing the overall identity and access management strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based directory services, enterprise security protocols, and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Azure AD deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Administration of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Azure Self-service password reset (SSPR), Azure Single sign-on (SSO), Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Azure VM, Always On VPN (AOVPN), Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT), AD Forest and External Trust, Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), Naming Services (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain and Forest Functional level Management, Flexible Single Master Operation (FSMO), GPO, Virtualization Hypervisor Management (Hyper-V), Endpoint Management (Intune), Kerberos KDCs, Microsoft and Windows Local administrator Password Solution (LAPS), Network Policy Service (NPS), and etc.
- Extensive experience in On-prem, Hybrid and cloud Identity and access Management
- Migration of Active Directory Users, Computers and servers using Microsoft and Third-Party Applications.
- Migration of Office 365 Products such as Mailbox, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint to other Tenants and Exchange Mailboxes, Skype for Business and SharePoint to Cloud.
- Design and Implementing solutions of Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (Azure Active Directory, MS Teams, Azure App Proxy, Enterprise Applications, Identity security and Governance, Exchange Online).
- Management of Microsoft licensing estate to include contract management.
- Monitor desktop/mobile/peripheral device performance and supports system engineers in expanding and tuning operating platforms to meet CIS needs.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy both cloud Azure and on-prem applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for Azure solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency with AD management tools, PowerShell scripting, and Azure AD administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
