Our client, a reputable and well-established authorized OEM automotive dealership in Umhlanga, is looking for a Red Seal-certified Technician to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on vehicles
• Conduct diagnostic tests and identify faults using specialized tools
• Complete job cards and update service records accurately
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop staff
• Test drive vehicles to assess performance and verify repairs
• Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology and procedures
• Report any additional issues or safety concerns promptly
• Use manufacturer-specific repair systems and databases
• Ensure quality control on all repairs before vehicle handover

Requirements

• Red Seal Trade Certificate as a Motor Technician
• 3–5 years’ experience working at an OEM car dealership
• Proven ability to work on a variety of vehicle brands
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in vehicle diagnostic tools and systems

Remuneration:
Basic Salary R17 000 - R25 000 (Depending on experience)
