Auto Electrician

About the position

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to be based at a mine in the North-West!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults on LDVs, LHDs, UVs, ADTs, and other underground mining equipment.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems of mining machinery.
• Maintain and service diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to support repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards and company policies.

 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A Valid Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
• 4 years post trade experience as a Auto Electrician in a Mining Underground environment
