About the position
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead end-to-end audit engagements and drive high-level compliance within a dynamic firm.
The role entails full ownership of the audit lifecycle - from strategic planning to final sign-off - while managing budgets, WIP, and deadlines. You will act as a key mentor to Supervisors and a primary point of contact for building lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- BCom (Hons)/CTA required with at least 2 years of post-articles leadership experience.
- Registered CA(SA) highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and a high proficiency in CaseWare and ISA compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for developing staff and overseeing dedicated Audit Supervisors.
- A solutions-driven professional capable of maintaining technical excellence under pressure while managing firm profitability.
