Auction Administrator - Cape Town at Commercial Real Estate

About the position

Do Auctions excite you? Are you a fabulous Administrator?

South Africa's leading commercial real estate company is looking for a AUCTION Administrator to join their team!

Position highlights include:

• Provide weekly targets and strategies for the team along with follow ups

• Hit minimum call targets with the auction team

• Compile minutes of all meetings
• Manage Bidwrangler portal (loading and on auction day)
• Manage operations workflow and project coordination
• Co-ordinate photographers and videographers
• Co-ordinate chromodeck & correx boards
• Manage Auction day, including all suppliers
• Creation of Property Brochures and catalogues
• Loading the properties onto the online portals
• Compile and send out statistics on a daily/weekly basis
• Adhoc duties

In order to be successful in this role you will require:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business/ property advantageous
• 2 years' work experience within the property/ auction space
• Must be outgoing, fun, bubbly and confident :)
