Job Description

• Help the HR Manager with daily office administration tasks.

 

• Help process monthly payroll and oversee basic salary inputs.

 

• Keep all employee files and records neat and updated.

 

• Help schedule interviews and screen new job applicants.

 

• Welcome new hires and help with their onboarding process.

 

• Answer basic staff questions about leave and employee benefits.

 

• Make sure daily HR practices follow South African laws.

 
What You Need to Apply

• A relevant Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources.

 

• Three years of practical working experience in HR operations.

 

• A good understanding of South African payroll and labor laws.

 

• Basic knowledge of BEE scorecards and employment equity rules.

 

• Strong general office administration and computer system skills.

 

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

 

• A good positive attitude, willingness to learn, and being a team player.
