The Role: Assistant Store Manager
The purpose of this role is to lead store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting targets, and creating a positive, high-performance retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
• Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example
• Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment
• Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed

About You

• 2+ years of retail experience in a leadership or assistant management capacity
• Proven track record of meeting sales or operational targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Energetic, hands-on, and self-motivated
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail environment
