What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the F&B Manager to drive the full food and beverage operation, including:

• Restaurant, bar, room service, and conferencing operations
• Delivering exceptional, consistent guest experiences
• Driving revenue while keeping a firm grip on costs
• Managing stock, suppliers, and operational efficiencies
• Planning menus, promotions, and events that actually excite people
• Leading, developing, and motivating a large, diverse team
• Ensuring service standards are not just met—but lived

The Essentials

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality or related field
• Strong systems knowledge (POS / MS Office)
• Own reliable transport
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar F&B leadership role
• Strong background in high-volume hospitality environments
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
• Solid understanding of budgets, cost control, and profitability
• Confident in managing IR, recruitment, and staff development
• Passion for food, wine, cocktails, and evolving trends

Bonus points if you’ve got WSET, Cape Wine Academy, or cocktail training—but real-world experience will always speak louder.
