About the position
Our Client, a well-established financial services environment, is seeking a Financial Planning Partner Assistant to provide high-level operational, administrative and client support to Financial Planning Partners.
This role is suited to a highly organised individual with strong financial services administration experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced advisory environment.
Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience within financial services administration
Experience working with XPlan is essential
Strong administration and client service skills
Good understanding of FAIS and FICA
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
The Role:
Support Financial Planning Partners with client administration and operations
Manage new business applications, onboarding and client servicing processes
Liaise with product providers and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate client records and documentation on XPlan
Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and AML requirements
Prepare review documentation and client reporting
Assist with ongoing practice and office support
Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
