Step into a key support role within a dynamic hospitality finance team!
An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Financial Controller to join a fast-paced hospitality business. This role is ideal for an energetic and driven finance professional who is ready to step into a hands-on position, working closely with the Financial Controller while taking responsibility for core finance functions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ relevant finance experience
  • Industry experience within hospitality preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Ability to manage and lead a small team
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Financial Controller in managing the finance function
  • Perform full accounting duties and financial reporting
  • Supervise and guide finance team members
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
  • Support operational teams with financial information and insights

  • Act as the right hand to the Financial Controller
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
  • Maintain efficient finance operations in a fast-paced environment
