About the position
Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Financial Accountant at National Health Organization.
Our client, a South Africa's leading national health institution dedicated to providing vital diagnostic services that support public health initiatives nationwide, is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Financial Accountant for their Johannesburg based head offices.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Support budget preparation and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Professional accounting certification advantageous
- 3+ years public sector financial accounting experience
- Proficiency Oracle & related accounting softwares
- Regulations & Frameworks: PFMA, PRMA, GRAP
