About the position

Bookkeeping responsibilities to trial balance

Debtors

• Capturing, allocating remittance advices.
• Review debtors age analysis weekly and report.
• Manage debtors' book and correspond with customers regarding queries and overdue accounts.
• Prepare monthly age analysis.

Creditors

• Capturing and allocations of payments.
• Review creditors age analysis monthly and report.

Administration

• Assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Filing and archiving all documents.

Minimum Requirements

• Own car and valid driver's license - No Exceptions.
• Matric with higher in math's.
• 3 years bookkeeping experience.
• INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE ON PASTEL.
• Advanced experience on Excel/ Word.
• Ideally English and Afrikaans.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sandton, Gauteng 2196: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pastel: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English as your first home language (Required)

License/Certification:

• Valid drivers licence and car (Required)
