About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording financial transactions accurately and maintaining financial records
- Help prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets under the supervision of senior accounting staff
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and customer receipts
- Follow up on outstanding balances as needed
- Process financial data into accounting systems, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies under guidance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
