You enjoy driving performance and efficiency through rigorous attention to detail, proactive negotiation and sound judgment. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll play a key role in the development phase of utility-scale renewable projects in wind, solar, storage and hybrid. You'll lead the modelling and structuring of the operations phase, develop asset operations strategies, and manage OPEX costing models. Your remit includes drafting and negotiating industrial contracts, managing documentation for tenders and financial close, and working across internal functions to ensure seamless operational planning. You'll also provide ad-hoc support during the construction and operational phases, driving continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned across the business. Where you'll be doing it You will be based in our clients' Cape Town office with the occasional travel to their Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) office. They are a global energy player with a strong and growing presence across Southern Africa. Operating at the forefront of renewable and low-carbon energy, the organisation is responsible for developing, constructing, and operating a significant pipeline of wind, solar, battery storage and hydropower projects across the region.
