We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Asset and Short-Term Specialist. Under the guidance of our Manager of Service Administration, you'll spearhead the management of our department, implementing our group's strategy with finesse and ensuring smooth operations at every turn.
Here's what you'll be diving into:
- Managing short-term insurance portfolios with precision, ensuring adequate coverage and accurate premium calculations.
- Procuring furniture and equipment for our vibrant Head Office.
- Taking charge of asset management like a boss, ensuring our resources are optimized to the max.
- Handling financial transactions with finesse, keeping our service administration on track.
- Budgeting like a pro, collaborating with various departments to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Keeping our wheels turning - literally! You'll manage our pool vehicles to ensure they're always ready for action.
- Leading our talented team with grace, providing guidance, evaluations, and feedback to keep us at the top of our game.
What you bring to the table:
- A BCom Degree in Financial Management - because you're all about that financial finesse!
- 8 years of rock-solid administration and financial experience - you've got the skills, and you're not afraid to use them!
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook? You're practically a wizard!
- Experience in supervision - because you're not just a team player; you're a team leader.
- Knowledge of short-term insurance and contract management - you know your stuff!
