Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years in examination administration, education operations, or a professional body environment.
• Education: Matric certificate required; a post-matric qualification in Education Administration or Operations Management is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with digital assessment platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work seasonal overtime during peak examination cycles.
