About the position

A Very well established company in the East Rand is seeking a Area Sales Representative to join their team!
Minimum Requirements: 

• Matric and a tertiary education 
• Forklift sales experience and working knowledge thereof 
• Must be computer literate 
• Must have a valid drivers license 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide strong leadership to both internal and external customers, embodying the company’s values through problem-solving, driving creative solutions, and motivating others.

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual budget targets.
• Proactively analyze and improve business processes to drive efficiency and growth.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various channels.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting clear targets for the team.
• Compile and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Continuously enhance customer service standards to retain and grow the customer base.
• Establish, maintain, and expand strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business success.
