About the position
A Very well established company in the East Rand is seeking a Area Sales Representative to join their team!
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and a tertiary education
- Forklift sales experience and working knowledge thereof
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a valid drivers license
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to both internal and external customers, embodying the company’s values through problem-solving, driving creative solutions, and motivating others.
- Cultivate an environment that supports and accelerates future sales growth.
- Sell value-based solutions to customers, focusing on long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Lead top-level meetings with key customers, resolving business challenges and aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual budget targets.
- Proactively analyze and improve business processes to drive efficiency and growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting clear targets for the team.
- Compile and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends, products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously enhance customer service standards to retain and grow the customer base.
- Establish, maintain, and expand strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business success.
