About the position
Sales Area Manager is responsible for leading all wholesale sales activities within a designated geographic territory. The manager's duties include developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and cultivating key client relationships to meet and exceed revenue targets Key responsibilities: Qualifications and skills: Essential skills include strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities, an analytical mindset, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. The role also requires the ability to travel frequently and a valid driver's license, clean driving record, along with the ability to effectively sell products to a B2B audience.
Developing and executing sales strategies, setting and monitoring team targets, and recruiting and training sales staff. They are also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends and sales data. Collaboration with other departments and ensuring compliance with policies are also part of the role
least 5 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales with a track record of meeting targets, and 2-3 years in a leadership role
