About the position

This role forms an integral part of the organization in terms of the efficient operation and development and growth strategies.  This position requires a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Overview: Manages sales activities within a designated geographical area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the development of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
