Area Manager

Our companies were established over 38 years ago and have both National and International branches.

We are currently expanding our medical equipment and Personalized health industry sector.
HW-MTC team is sourcing well-spoken goal-driven candidates to train & develop for these new roles.

The sales manager is meant to act as a mentor and guide for the sales staff.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use your excellent influencing skills and provided training to drive and motivate your teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be self-disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible, in order to achieve results
  • Practice empathy and guidance to sales executives after walking a mile in their shoes.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base
  • Be a motivational team leader focused on managing and supporting your teams to achieve potential
  • Reporting to senior management
