About the position

The company makes funding available to SMEs and your focus is on managing your PE area. Once investment officers within the company have identified possible deals, you would oversee diligence, report preparation, and manage the investment process.

Some experience is required within business investment, as well as a background in some level of marketing and networking, report writing and with an outgoing personality / willing to engage. Manage the intergrity of the book and ensure supporting admin procedures are in place.
Make decisions at various committee meetings
Assume income /expense responsibilities at the area office

Requirements:
Relevant degree with Accounts 2 passed
Networking capabilities
Involvement in property investment/ banking/ sales/ marketing/ deal making
5 years in business investment

Twice a week work from home, once established in the role.

You will live in PE or be prepared to relocate to PE - this is non negotiable
