My client is seeking a dynamic Sales Area Manager to join our fast-paced, high-performance team in Polokwane.
?? Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales within the mining industry and related sectors.
- Maintain and grow an existing client base with a focus on resigning and upgrading customers.
- Conduct prospecting, needs analysis, and customer surveys.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Oversee installation follow-ups, resolve queries, and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
- Daily planning, diary management, and completion of commission sheets.
- Maintain company image and standards as per sales uniform policy.
? Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) and a valid Code 10 driver’s licence.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing services.
- Proven client base and relationships within the mining industry.
- Fully MS 365 literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong telephonic and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and able to operate independently.
- Able to thrive under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Own reliable vehicle essential.
?? Remuneration
- R18,000 – R22,000 basic salary
- Attractive commission structure based on performance
