About the position
Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist (12 month contract) required for a reputable architectural firm based in East London
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Use Revit, Caddie, and AutoCAD to deliver accurate and efficient design solutions.
- Provide input throughout all project stages, from concept through to construction.
- Oversee and review technical documentation to maintain quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Registered Architect with a recognised architectural degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, Caddie, and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong technical and design ability, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
