About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Arabic Translator who is a mother-tongue Arabic speaker and fully literate in reading and writing Arabic. This role is based within a classroom environment, where you will provide accurate, real-time translation to support facilitators and trainees during structured training sessions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience translating in a training or learning environment. A teaching or facilitation background will be advantageous, particularly within adult learning or skills development settings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing verbal and written translation between Arabic and English during training sessions
- Supporting facilitators and trainees to ensure clear understanding of course content, instructions, and discussions
- Translating training materials, assessments, and related documentation
- Assisting with communication between trainers, participants, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Arabic as a mother tongue (fully fluent in speaking and reading Arabic)
- Proven experience translating within a classroom, training centre, workshop, or adult learning environment
- Teaching, facilitation, or instructional experience (advantageous)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, professional training setting
