We are looking for a driven Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a sales team. - Qualified leads added to the pipeline.
- Appointments booked per week/month.
- Outbound calls, emails, and social touches per day.
- Talk time and response rates tracked in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospects.
- Conduct research on ideal prospects and target accounts to personalize outreach.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.
- Follow up aggressively on business opportunities.
- Continuously improve skills through feedback and professional development.
- Strong experience with cold calling in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools).
- Ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets.
- Availability to work U.S. time zones.
- BYOD - Reliable laptop and internet connection
- 2-5+ years in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Experience in high-volume cold-calling environments preferred.
- Experience in SaaS or software sales.
- Familiarity with the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
