What you will be doing:

• Gathering, organising, and managing information from various sources, such as databases, websites, reports, and internal systems.
• Creating detailed reports or summaries based on the information and research findings, ensuring that they are clear and useful for stakeholders.
• Overseeing and maintaining information systems, including updating records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are optimised for user needs.
• Ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping practices are followed, and archiving documents or data when necessary.

 

What our client is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Data Management, IT, Business or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, research skills and attention to detail

 

Work Type:

• Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
