About the position
Full-time temp receptionist/ office administrator based at a law firm in George. The sucessful person MUST come with experience witin a legal environment. This is NOT negotiable.
(3-month fixed contract - Mondays to Fridays).
Preferably female, and must live in George, and must be able to travel to and from work.
The minimum requirement for the post is:
- The candidate must be well-spoken, bilingual, dynamic, and able to multi-task;
- Responsible for answering switchboard phones, routing calls to appropriate offices, and taking down messages;
- Greet visitors and clients as they walk into the offices;
- Responsible for booking meeting rooms, travel (when required), and couriers, serve refreshments at meetings.
- Provide support to directors, the office manager, and HR stationed in Pretoria, for the smooth operation of the office
- Computer literacy and a high level of accuracy are essential. MS Word, EXCEL, and Microsoft outlook.
- Sorting incoming mail/ processes, as well as in processing outgoing mail/ processes, scanning documents to relevant practice in Pretoria (essential).
- Keep calendars and records of supplies inventory for the office;
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents;
- Create various forms for effective correspondence;
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks;
- Data Capturing
- Responsible for keeping record of appearances in court (later requirement);
Salary : R 8,000.00 – R10,000 p/m gross
