About the position
We're looking for a Application Support superstar to join our team of problem-solving experts and help us keep our software running smoothly.
The Application Support Agent plays a critical role in implementing and supporting the systems and processes administered by our customers.
This role primarily involves visiting automotive dealerships to implement and optimize system processes within the Sales and After-sales departments.
The Application Support Agent will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the effective utilization of the OEM Dealership's processes and systems through regular visits and thorough analysis of dealer reports.
The key skills required are:
Software/ Application Support (Sales/Service)
Call logging
General Administration
End user liaison
Problem solving (Troubleshooting)
Automative industry experience
12 Months Contract
