About the position
Leading organisation based in Johannesburg North is looking for a National Application Specialist for their Ultrasound division.
A Grade 12 certificate as a minimum requirement plus a Sonography qualification is required
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to a local language;
Sonography background is required;
Previous experience in a similar position in the medical industry is required
Duties
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Ultrasound product range and services provided
Schedule and attend appointments with existing and potential customers
Demonstrate products to Clinical personnel and providing on-going training and support to customers
Installations of New systems sold
Log all activities in Force Manager and maintain correct and up to date information in the tool
Responsible for networking with and development of relationships with new customers and managing existing customers
Correct Management of demo stock
Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required promoting Ultrasound products and services
Analysing the market and providing business feedback by using all available support tools
General Administration associated with the position
Support all branches and reps with applications on ultrasound portfolio
Assist with training existing and new reps with product and applications
80% travel through the country
International travel if needed
