About the position
Analyse and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production problems.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and quality of materials and components.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
