You'll lead a dynamic team of 3 members in the thick full-function AP role that includes doing reconciliations, age analysis management, supplier management and review work of the juniors in the team. Duties & Responsibilities

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Oversee the prompt and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and vendor statements, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
• Generate and maintain accounts payable aging reports and support the finance team with month-end close activities.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the Accounts Payable ledger through regular reviews and reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments, proactively addressing any issues or irregularities.
• Lead, coach, and support the accounts payable team, providing ongoing training and performance management.
• Compile and analyse accounts payable reports to support financial reporting and period-end processes.
• Review, document, and enhance AP processes, driving improvements in efficiency and internal controls.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures and provide support during internal and external audits
