In this pivotal role, your Linux and Ansible expertise will be at the forefront of our operations, shaping the future of our automation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Maintaining: Crafting robust Ansible playbooks and roles in a highly secure and regulated environment.
- Platform Mastery: Creating, managing, and optimizing Ansible Automation Platform objects such as templates, credentials, and workflows.
- Linux System Stewardship: Performing operating system (Linux) and Ansible Automation Platform lifecycle management.
- Consulting & Migration: Guiding users in migrating automation workloads to the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Cloud Orchestration: Deploying, managing, and operating workloads across AWS and Azure, ensuring top-tier security and compliance.
- IaC Implementation: Building and managing infrastructure using Terraform.
- Version Control Virtuoso: Interacting with Enterprise GitHub and implementing sophisticated Git branching strategies.
- Project Navigator: Tracking and updating Jira user stories to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Forecasting resources and infrastructure in collaboration with product owners.
- Stability & Quality: Ensuring system stability, adherence to operational standards, and maintaining pristine knowledge bases and documentation.
- Performance Optimization: Performing housekeeping, monitoring, and managing the Ansible Automation Platform, focusing on stability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Problem Solver: Managing problem, incident, and change processes for dedicated ITSM services.
- Collaborative Leader: Coordinating external contractors and actively participating in operational meetings.
- Security Champion: Proactively managing security vulnerabilities.
