About the position

A dynamic agricultural commodity trading company based in Centurion-with a strong presence across South Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, and international markets-is looking for an experienced Animal Feed Trader to join the team

If you have expertise in trading soybean meal, sunflower oilcake, canola cake, chop, and bran-with a deep understanding of the feed markets-then we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do:

  • Trade key animal feed commodities: soymeal, suncake, canola cake, chop, and bran
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and animal feed producers
  • Monitor market trends, negotiate profitable deals, and manage trading risks
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery and distribution

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in trading animal feed ingredients, with a focus on protein and by-product commodities
  • Strong network across the feed value chain-from origins to end-users
  • Sharp negotiation, commercial acumen, and risk-management skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive, analytical mindset, and goal-oriented execution
