What You’ll Be Stirring Up
- Own and manage the end-to-end analytics product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch.
- Define product vision, user requirements, and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and UX designers to build impactful tools in a lean/agile environment.
- Lead product discovery, validate concepts, and create clear communication channels for stakeholder alignment.
- Benchmark against competitors to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Analytics Product Deployment
- Drive cross-functional coordination for product rollout, including change management.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
- Support customer-facing teams with training and enablement materials.
- Monitor product adoption, performance, and ROI; iterate based on insights and feedback.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years in a product, tech, consulting, or analytics role.
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving, and project management.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in agile development methodologies (e.g., writing user stories, iterative design).
- Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles from concept through optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics, data modeling, or machine learning is a big plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
