About the position
Exciting opportunity to join our Client in the e-commerce health and wellness industry for an Amazon Account Manager, fully remote role.
The Amazon Account Manager will oversee daily operations of our Amazon storefronts across the US, UK, and CA, ensuring account health, optimizing product performance, and coordinating across teams to support growth and expansion. This role requires hands-on expertise with Seller Central, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multi-regional performance and launches.
Responsibilities
- Account Oversight & Store Health
- Ensure Amazon storefronts are live, optimized, and functioning correctly across all marketplaces
- Monitor and address all notifications and alerts in Amazon Seller Central
- Manage and maintain new launches and ASINs allocated to CA, UK, and US accounts
- Ensure RA (Retail Assistance) team is addressing all cases for FBA status reports (CA/UK)
- Platform Expansion & Launch Coordination
- Review newly onboarded ASINs from the platform expansion team
- Provide product recommendations for CA and UK marketplaces based on trends and demand
- Manage cross-marketplace expansion efforts and validate potential new launches in UK/CA
- Support and lead hands-on application training for cross-functional teams on AM processes for UK and CA
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Create revenue expectations and forecasts in collaboration with the platform expansion team
- Review performance metrics including sales trends, traffic, and conversions across all regions
- Analyze and report on Prime Day events, promotions, discounts, and deal effectiveness
- Advertising & Optimization
- Regularly review PPC metrics and communicate necessary adjustments to the PPC team
- Conduct A/B testing for images, titles, and other listing components to improve performance
- Review product listings, write-ups, and ensure consistent optimization is in place across marketplaces
- Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Work with the inventory team to mitigate stockouts and overstock situations
- Adjust sales velocity strategies based on stock availability (e.g., increasing/decreasing promo push)
- Communication & Compliance
- Collaborate with the compliance team as needed for regulatory and policy issues
- Answer and manage internal communications related to the UK and CA marketplaces
- Maintain clear documentation and communication for all cross-functional efforts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (CA, UK preferred)
- Strong understanding of listing optimization, PPC strategy, and inventory planning
- Proficient in tools such as Helium 10, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Ads Console
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and project management abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and coordinating deliverables
- Experience in supplements or e-commerce consumer goods is a plus
