Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Accurately complete job reports and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Valid driver's license (Code B).
• Medically fit to perform the physical demands of the role.
• Must reside in Rustenburg or be willing to relocate.
• Must be able to start immediately.
