About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
A Company who builds and scales AI, SaaS and Talent platforms, is currently looking for an AI-enabled Full Stack Developer to build and scale modern SaaS platforms where AI is embedded in core product functionality. You will work on production-grade systems including AI-driven automation, sentiment analysis, review processing, and decision engines. This role is focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems in a fast-paced
international environment.
DUTIES:
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Integrate and orchestrate AI services (LLMs, APIs, workflows)
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices
- Translate business requirements into AI-powered features
- Ensure reliability of AI systems (validation, guardrails, fallback logic)
- Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and AI layers
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical design
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Tech Stack Expectations
- Frontend: React or Angular, TypeScript
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (ASP.NET Core), or Python (FastAPI/Django)
- AI Stack: LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI API or similar LLM integrations
- Infrastructure: Cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
Core Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as Full Stack Developer
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows
- Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end features
- Strong English communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Docker / Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in SaaS or platform environments
