Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Develop and optimise predictive models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation tools.
- Build, train, evaluate, and maintain machine learning models.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems and applications.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI initiatives.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, and ethical AI standards.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative AI solutions.
- Document technical designs, methodologies, and best practices.
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and model integration techniques.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
