About the position
AI Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions. This role involves building greenfield AI/GenAI use cases that demonstrate tangible business value, using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
The engineer will be instrumental in developing and optimizing AI systems-ranging from machine learning models to NLP and computer vision solutions-while working in a modern data and cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable AI and GenAI solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Build and deploy machine learning and NLP models using industry best practices.
- Develop AI pipelines and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Optimize model performance and ensure ethical, secure, and scalable deployment of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Manage deployment and monitoring using MLOps tools and frameworks.

Data Science & Analytics:
- Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy), R, Jupyter Notebooks
- Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Apache Spark
Data Engineering:
- Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, Hadoop, Snowflake, Google BigQuery
- ETL Tools (Talend, Informatica), Databricks, NoSQL databases
MLOps & DevOps:
- MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda), Databricks
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML development, including:
- Building and running AI systems
- Developing and training ML models
- Designing AI pipelines and integrating AI into applications
- Experience with Databricks platform is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with modern AI architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
