Project Overview:
We're solving the challenge of fast-tracking AI/GenAI by building cutting-edge, scalable use cases that define our AI future. You’ll contribute to foundational architectures, develop advanced AI pipelines, and work with some of the most innovative technologies in the industry today.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience as an AI Developer with exposure to Databricks
- Proven experience in:
- Building and running AI systems
- Developing and training machine learning models
- Creating scalable AI pipelines
- Integrating AI into enterprise applications
- Algorithm optimization for efficiency and scale
- 6–8 years in Machine Learning and AI Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems
- Build GenAI-powered applications and pipelines (RAG, Agents, LLMs)
- Optimize models for production scalability and performance
- Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, engineering, DevOps)
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance AI systems post-deployment
- Contribute to cloud-based MLOps pipelines and CI/CD strategies
