About the position
Our client, a financial services firm offering investment management and advisory services and based in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, is currently looking to hire an AI Developer to join their growing team.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' of experience in AI development.
- Agentic AI development experience - preferred
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in some of the following platforms:
- ChatGPT
- Manus
- N8n
- Zapier
- Napkin
- Brocks
- Claude
- Perplexity
Strong experience in:
- Prompt Engineering
- AI Agent Creation and Training
- Building AI Workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop AI workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Create and train AI agents to meet specific project requirements.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
