About the position
We are looking for experienced AI Automation Engineers to join a next-generation AI Payments Engineering Team to design and deliver an AI-native Payments Operating System who can take an automation opportunity from idea through to build, testing, deployment and production support, while ensuring solutions are intelligent, scalable, secure and controlled.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for reconciliations, audit, reporting and financial analytics.
- Develop AI automation using Claude/Anthropic, Python, Java/Spring AI, n8n and MCP.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal and external systems using APIs, data pipelines and reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, test, deploy and maintain end-to-end production solutions.
- Implement AI governance, risk controls, access controls and audit logging.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks, templates and standards.
- Monitor and measure efficiency, cost savings, risk and ROI.
- Work with Payments, Infrastructure, Compliance, Audit and AI teams to deliver solutions.
RequirementsKey Requirements
- Strong experience in AI automation, AI agents and workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on Python and/or Java development experience.
- Experience with LLMs, Claude/Anthropic APIs and AI orchestration.
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of MCP / multi-agent architectures.
- Strong API integration, data pipelines and system integration experience.
- Experience building production-ready, scalable and auditable AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, risk and compliance.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI automation solutions.
