About the position
Our client is looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to build intelligent autonomous systems that enhance enterprise productivity and customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that automate complex workflows and integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI agents that automate business and engineering workflows.
- Build agentic applications capable of reasoning, planning, and tool utilisation.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
- Develop scalable orchestration and workflow automation solutions.
- Collaborate with GenAI, software engineering, and platform teams.
- Monitor, optimise, and continuously improve agent performance.
- Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Produce technical documentation and implementation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' software engineering experience.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience integrating APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and orchestration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Advantageous:
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Cloud platform certifications.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms.
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
