About the position
A globally recognised fertiliser and biostimulant company, home to the world's largest privately owned plant research facility, is looking for a skilled and field-oriented Agronomist to provide expert agronomic support to both its sales teams and customers. This is a non-commercial role that blends technical knowledge with hands-on field insight. The position focuses on supporting sales teams and clients by enhancing crop performance across a wide variety of high-value and row crops. The successful candidate will contribute to building strong customer relationships and expanding the company's presence in the market.

About The Employer:
- A bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of crops, including both high-value and row crops.
- Solid knowledge of soil science principles and plant nutrition.
- Ability to analyze soil and plant tissue test results and translate them into practical, effective recommendations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel frequently.
