Description/Synopsis:

You will gain exposure to trials, farmer engagement, product support, and the commercial side of agriculture — setting you up for a long-term career in agronomy or technical sales.


Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture or related field
  
  
• Strong interest in farming and row crops (sunflowers, maize, potatoes, soy, etc.)
  
  
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel
  
  
• Valid driver’s licence essential
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
  
• Willingness to travel, work in the field, and learn from senior agronomists
  
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, planting and monitoring crop trials
  
  
• Support data collection, crop care and trial analysis
  
  
• Participate in farmer days, demo plantings and promotional activities
  
  
• Provide technical support to farmers under guidance from senior staff
  
  
• Work closely with agronomists and sales teams during peak seasons
  
  
• Engage in fieldwork, travel and hands-on learning across various crops
