Join a specialist development finance institution with a national mandate to drive inclusive growth and transformation across South Africa's agricultural sector.

We're looking for an Agricultural Specialist: Workout & Restructuring to be based at the institution's head offices in Pretoria. In this role, you'll lead business turnaround interventions, design and implement restructuring plans, and support distressed clients with tailored agri-finance solutions. You'll work across legal, credit, and banking teams to secure viable outcomes for both the client and the organisation.

?? What You'll Bring:

  • A BCom or similar in Business, Agriculture, or Commerce.
  • At least 3-5 years in agri-finance or commercial banking
    (deal structuring, credit risk, restructuring, or turnaround).
  • Strong exposure to workout scenarios, commodity finance, or distressed portfolio management.
  • Solid experience in credit and financial analysis, and client engagements.
