You'll be out in the field (literally), working with clients to understand their farms inside and out, assess their viability, and help design smart solutions that reduce risk and maximise success. ?? What You'll Need A relevant 3-year Agriculture qualification (or equivalent) 5 years' experience in agricultural extension, agri-business, co-ops or similar Solid understanding of: Agronomy and farm infrastructure Financial and business analysis Property valuation and collateral risk Agricultural economics and lending principles Strong reporting, risk management, and relationship-building skills Comfort using Microsoft Office and navigating modern systems ??
